Right on the money! (If you believe in GOD).

So can I ask you, based on this so called "Ultimate Reference Point", about "Perfection"?

I've often heard, "GOD is Perfect".

I have also heard the statement "Nothing" is perfect.


A couple of thoughts come to mind with respect to GOD, perfection, and our frame of reference.


I have come to believe that GOD came from nothing, and if GOD was the first "anything", then GOD would be an offspring of nothing. It might seem like I am playing with symantecs, but try an work with me here for a moment.

I do honestly believe that nothing is perfect, and since GOD came into existence, and "Nothing" ceased to be, then could I assume that the direct offspring of a perfect entity, would be a near perfect child.

Yes, I am suggesting that GOD is not perfect, but GOD is the closest thing to perfection that we know of, or can see "From our frame of reference".

Am I making sense.
