If it is not anarchy then what is your definition of anarchy. To me anarchy means anything anyone does to destroy. Alcoholic wine destroys blood cells and other cells too. Read the warning labels and see what it does for pregnant women. What if this choking person was a pregnant woman?

I do not think there is a moderate way of doing wrong. Wrong is wrong no matter how one looks at it. "A lie is a lie by any other name."
