Dice as well. Both are random processes. But with enough events the outcome can be predicted. Neither are completely random in your sense that they are outside the bounds of probability. Therefore evolution in your terms as well as dice and QM is not atheistic. There is at least natural guidance. The best example is thermodynamics which although based on conventionally random events, is quite perdictable.
