Is Certainty Bad?

Hello all. I've been reading through some of the posts here, and I think there's a problem with some of them. There are so many millions of ideas floating around, and very few people have the same ideas. It doesn't make sense, just thinking statistically, to think that all of your ideas are right. Obviously you THINK they're right, but the amount of certainty here can't be good. I have many ideas, but I always keep in mind that there is always the possibility that I'm wrong. It makes it much easier to see what another person is talking about. Keep an open mind.
