Trouble With This Line Of Reasoning

Dick,

I'm making this post on the assumptions that the insults are past history...

When I have questioned you about your line of reasoning you have retorted that this is all over my head. So, what's the use in reasoning with you on this subject? What I feel that you don't understand is that mathematics is only a 'game' that has absolutely no direct tie in to reality - all tie in's with mathematics and reality is subject to human interpretation (SC stuff). So, whether your model is mathematical or not, you are still facing the same dilemma with your skepticism. You have not removed the possibility of skepticism as you may think you have. Your mathematical equations are just math - nothing less, nothing more. If you seek to employ those equations to reality then you have entered the fray of philosophy and you seem unable to see that your interpretation of that math is as subject to skepticism as any assignment of our senses to reality are capable of being.

Warm regards, Harv
