It is all natural process based on math (=physics = chemistry):

Electrons+protons = atoms.
Atoms+other atoms = molecules.
Inorganic molecules+other inorganic molecules containing carbon = organic molecules.

Organic molecules + other organic molecules = more complex organic molecules (up to lipids, sugars, simple proteins, short RNA chunks, etc.)

Complex organic molecules + other complex organic molecules = exchange by pieces and making more complex molecules - what we call pre-life, or primitive life.

Bunch of complex organic molecules + bunch of other complex molecules = primitive pre-cell structures.

Bunch of primitive pre-cell structures + other pre-cell structures = cell-like structure.

Bunch of cells = complex life forms.

For some of the above processes energy (Sun or heat, or sparks) is needed.

None of the above processes require gods or Santas to push. None violate any natural law.
