You Don't Find The Human Brain Miraculous?

So the brain has all sort's of functions and chemicals, nothing that impresive right? Well guess what? People are using only around 10% of their brain, so this shatters the theory of evolution. The brain was created and not evolved because according to evolution, only what is needed is made right? So why is it that 90% of the brain was made and not used in as little as 10,000 years? Thats not the end of the so called coincidence of the human body;

So if a brain "Knows" all on it's own how to kill viruses, what chemicals to release for a certain affect, how did the brain even know out of no where? How does the body know which chemical to produce for the brain to use? How do VEINS know to also have chambers and valves all on their own? Do vein cells tell themseveles, "Hey neighbor, I have an idea, why not build a valve to keep blood from going back?" Or did a ceratin body organ tell the other, "hey, why not start making a chemical so this guy can feel like this, or like that etc." It just seems like the body is too perfect for it to "know" what to do by itself, without a designer. The body even has so many backup's incase something goes wrong, do you think the body all on it's own would make itself have backup emergencies without even experiencing that emergency before? And before you try to say, that the body probably experienced that emergency before, it would be impossible because the body would of died before it had the chance to have the "what to do now" response.
