All fundamental natural laws including inverse square, relativity (magnetic force is simply relativistic part of electric - when charges move, space for non-moving observer contracts and this makes him see electric force "aberrated" - this aberration is what we call magnetic interaction), conservation laws, Pauli principle, and all known forces originate from various possible mathematical symmetries of space-time.

You may take a look at physics textbook or internet (like www.emmynoether.com/index.1.htm site) for more details on where do all fundamental natural laws and natural forces come from.

So, where is the God then? Either retired BEFORE the creation (because as we learn now, even Big Bang seems to just mathematically follow from supersymmetric false vacuum energy state transition) or he simply does not exist.
