Hi Alex,

Thanks for your response. It was fun to read and I am beginning to think I understand you a little better.

Let me ask you one more question, Alex. I suspect you have established yourself in life in a position you can be proud of. Do you think you arrived at this position without making any conscious choices, i.e. exercising any free will? In other words, was the course of your life determined strictly by the firing patterns of your neurons, following the strict laws of physics in response to the sensory input provided by your nervous system? And if there was any conscious awareness of what was happening to you in your life, that conscious awareness played no part in the decision making?
