Only MINOR amount of them. So, why do you expect processing of motor information to excite those cells (so you would think, or "see" (imagine) or "hear" something?).

And, how in the hell do you want to "help" processing of motor information (by specialized motor neurons which evolved to do it best way) by messing with it from speech (thoughts) or vision or other non-cpecialized cells? You will only get same mess as if you try to constantly interrupt fine working computer programm to see if is doing ok, and from time to time try to correct it. At best the result will be delay, and most likely incorrect performance.
