Adaptation LEADS To Evolution

If a species adapts enough, and its DNA changes in accordance with those adaptations, eventually it will have changed sufficiently from its parent life-form that it can be considered a new species. I don't see what the debate is here. Adaptation is small-scale change, evolution is the large-scale accumulation of that change. |
