Wouldn't this mean that if the universe is accelerating that the galaxies in the outer edges of the universe are accelerating at a faster rate than the ones towards the center? If so then when they reach the speed of light, wouldn't they begin to reverse time prior to the galaxies in the center? Would we then be able to see the universe collapse coming towards us or am I completely off base here?
