I don't know whether to thank you Viper or not. I do appreciate the support but my "immaturity" comes from my low tolerance of ignorant dolts like Russ who give Christians a bad name.

The non-believers (like yourself??) have good reason to ridicule Christianity if they think Russ represents us. I assure you, he does not.

The minister of our congregation gave a sermon several weeks ago on the ways we can go astray in our beliefs. His point was that when the time comes for the Lord to return, He will probably be crucified again and it will be certain Christians who do it.

After reading the messages here, I'd say he must have had Russ in mind with that sermon. Russ seems to be more interested in proving to everyone what an enlightened and truly chosen deciple he is, but he deludes hiself. Russ does not serve the Lord, he serves his own ego.

I'll answer to the Lord for my "manners", but Russ will answer for his lies, his vanity, and his hypochracy. I'd feel sorry for him if he was just ignorant, but I can't because he chooses to remain that way.
