I suppose it is possible that a creator exists, or at least existED when the universe was created, and it's fine to suspect this. But there really has never been any evidence pointing to the existence of God. It's fine to say "I suspect point X, but I may be wrong." It's not fine to say "Point X sounds good to me, so it must be right." Or "I was taught point X by my parents, so they must be right." Not that you neccesarily do it, but it is the primary defense used by religious believers, and it bugs the heck out of me.
