Not without indulging in circular reasoning.

If I were to engage in mutilating infants for a past-time [abortion notwithstanding] you would say my behaviour is morally wrong, right? So, our inherent sense of morality is a given.

The only question is, where did it come from?

Your presumption [no Creator] dictates that your explanation rely strictly on naturalistic means [evolution] to account for the existence of morality. So you would say, there is no God, we exhibit moral behaviour, it had to come about naturally, therefore it evolved somehow.

This proves nothing. It is an explanation-after-the-fact masquerading as reason.
