Bruce,
I am more interested in doing the perihelon of Mercury, but if you want to do the GPS satellites, I guess we could try. The first thing I would need to know is how scientists used the Galileian transformation equations to do it. My understanding is that they would have used absolute time with all clocks reading exactly the same, which would indeed give them a slightly wrong answer. The problem is, I do not have any information about the GPS satellites. That information is in the hands of scientists, which means that I have no access to it. If you are a scientist, maybe you could get the information and I could make the calculations.
