setting ct=tmeters=1 and v/c as a fraction of c in the Lorentz transformation equation and substituting ct=1 for x in the numerator in line 1 and 4.

[x'=
(1-v)t/(1-v2)1/2][/[t'=(1-v)t/(1-v2)1/2]
x'/t'=c
x'=ct'
It doesn't matter if you change the sign in the numerator from - to +. The speed of light is measured to be c in all local frames of reference. All local physics is done using SR which means the physics is done from a inertial frame of reference.
