Of course, everything around including atoms come from mathematics. Say, hydrogen atom shells s,p,d,f, etc. are just first, second, third, etc harmonics of electron standing wave in Coulomb inverse R electric potential of a proton. Same with any other atom. Molecules only can exist if Shredinger equation has minimum energy solution, and they exactly obey that Shredinger solution, and vice versa - a molecule can not be formed if the Shredinger equation for constituting atoms does not have mimima. Multiple molecules can be formed if there are several minima (called isomers).

Inverse square law itself is a mathematical consequence of exchange by virtual photons in 3D space.

Conservation laws come from basic symmetries of space-time: there are only 4 possible continuous translational symmetries of space-time you can come up with (also known as Poincare group), they results in 3 conservation laws (symmetry versus shifts in time -->energy cons law, shifts in space --> linear momentum conservation law, shifts in direction --> angular momentum (spin) conservation law) plus Special Relativity law (Lorents transformations) resulting from symmetry of shifts in space-time (called sometimes a symmetry of motion, or a symmetry of inertial frames of reference).

All known interactions (forces) are results of so-called gauge symmetries (invariances), properties of most elementary particles also were found to arise from gauge symmetries, and thus it is likely that particles are just various mathematical quantum states of a single object like a vacuum or a space-time itself.

Mass (inertia) is believed to be just energy of those states: m=E/c^2 (and as any energy, it bends space).

So, all objects in universe are strictly mathematical and arizing from symmetries and from more fundamental mathematical objects (like space-time itself).

I wonder if there is ANY physical object in the universe at all, or there are "turtles all the way down" (no physical object at all)?
