Please Peovide The Theory That Says Electrons Are Not Points

Quantum theory specifies electron fields or waves, such as the probability cloud within atoms. Feymann used virtual electron pairs in his electrodynamics.But each electron particle is still a point in that theory. Is there a theory that calculates the size of an electron. I do not know of any.
