: Sorry Richard,...so many forums, so little time. A discontinuity of consciousness upon death is quite possible and somewhat fearful. I cannot imagine ceasing to exist. So my hope is the same medium that god exists in along with all the departed souls that some of my friends have communicated with is available to us while we are still living. It seems logical to me that our consciousness must be reflected in such a medium while alive so as to avoid a discontinuity at death and also to make communication with departed souls and god(i.e., revelation) possible. My hope is that science will some day uncover such a medium. But I suspect that at my age I'll find out firsthand beforehand. Regards, Richard Ruquist |
