Trouble With Communication

Hi Dick,

There is something called miscommunication. It can arise from external and internal noise. External noise is more obvious (e.g., bad hearing, bad eyesight, etc), but internal noise includes things like different interpretations of meaning, different background perceptions, etc. For something to be absolute wouldn't the noise of communication have to be completely removed? Even if the noise was completely removed, how would you know?

Warm regards, Harv
