Dick, the above is not a scientific statement. Science can neither prove nor disprove the existence of God, or any agent that would exist outside of space/time.

The best science could do in this area, is to infer the existence of a causitive agent for what we know as the observable universe, beit intelligent or otherwise.

How do you know that you haven't willfully donned a set of horse-blinders?
