"Thoughts Do" Would Work.

I think the verb 'to do' captures the dynamism I wanted just as 'happen' does. My experience of thought is not static, like a marble statue. Instead it changes from one idea to another. I would have a hard time believing that anyone's thought just 'was' and did not 'do something'.

So I think an important implication from "Thought happens" is that reality changes in some way.
