I would be tempted to suggest the answer to your question is the statement of your subject line.

However, I'm being a bit facetious in suggesting there is an absolute method of proving God. : )

I think one of God's revelation is all that is around us, our ability of consciousness. (I doubt that I exist, therefore I exist!) hehe there I go again...

but seriously, no one can prove anything in an absolute sense my friend.
