I consider your "clinical evidence" of the supernatural as just wishful thinking. It's psychotherapy. It would be nice if there was more to life than what you see and end up with, but wishing (even on a star) doesn't make it so. Despite statements in the affirmative, whatever the mind of man can conceive doesn't mean he can achieve---some things are effectively impossible. Another example: whatever goes up doesn't necessarily come back down (if it has escape velocity). People come up with and promote false ideas. God is just one of the most prevalent false notions invented by man to deal with the uncaring world around him.

If you let yourself be directed by unconscious influences in your brain, that doesn't mean there's a supernatural realm influencing you. Can't you see that all your subtle "clinical evidence" could be explained naturally, without recourse to anything supernatural?
