The Hindus refer to Jesus as an Avatar or "teacher" much the same as they refer to any other teacher which he certainly was. Not that I'm Hindu, but the analogy applies.

I do however have several other "Avatars" also to which I look for wisdom and learning. Such as Buddah, Lao Tse, Mohammed, Mother Earth/Father Sky, Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, Leonardo da Vinci, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, my Astronomy Professor from Denver U., etc. The list goes on.
