Perhaps this discussion is a bit one dimensional. For Islamists, Christ was a prophet, but he didn't die on the cross. For Buddhist's there really isn't a god per se, but instead those pure deities awaiting those who complete the Eightfold Path to Enlightenment. For Zoroastrians (ca. 630 years B.C.E.) there was a totally evil deity named Shaytan, known today as El Shaitan by Muslims. Does that name look and sound familiar? To argue spiritualism only from a biblical viewpoint is not very studious or open minded. My father, rest his soul, passed very little wisdom on to me, being the simple carpenter that he was. But this adage has stuck with me; "Beware of the man of only one book!" Namaste', Arc180th.
