God weighs the belief of the heart - should it not be so? or else all believers would be judged the same as those who kill in the name of God. I believe it's written in Psalms.

He didn't "make" religion. Religions arise in similar beliefs based on like personal relationships or choices in acknowledging his existence. My opinion, apparently.

We've each been made by Him for some reason known only TO him. Said so.

Reading enough in the bible to see a pattern of his nature, it's a reasonable deduction.

I'm simply not clever enough to make them up, nor disciplined enough to devote my time and efforts to 'making up' any kind of God.

That's their choice. I didn't make them so have no compelling reason to change them.
