I think (prophesy) something that might be called "Genetic Counseling" in which experts study the genes of the couple to see what could be realistically altered to improve the chances of their offspring doing well in life will be available in the near (less than 100 years) future. "Genetic Manipulation" will then occur at the request of the couple within rather broad bounds set by the government.

Probably avoiding "Genetic Weaknesses" or "Flaws" will be the first concern of the parents and "Genetic Counselor". "Genetic Optimization", or choosing the best combination of genes from the parents will be a common goal. "Genetic Importation" or replacing less desirable genes of their own with more desirable genes from other individuals will probably be a less-used option.
