Since we are talking about Language, and that meaning Human speech. Consider this,
What is the range of the Human voice in octaves, and what is the range of Human hearing, in frequency response i.e.: cycles per second.

The voice would have to produce sounds all the way from one cycle per second all the way up to the megahertz and beyond for infinite to be considered.
