Darkness by definition is lack of light (so intensity of light I=0).

According to Maxwell equation, the speed of e/m disturbances (we call light) is always c (otherwise it would not be called a constant).
In gravitationlal field of Earth, Sun, black hole, Universe or watever light still moves with the same speed c. Even speed of one beam of light as seen by the observer riding the other beam of light is still c.

Various colors are not due to various speeds of light, color is a frequency (or energy) of light, for example a photon with the frequency 4.6x10^14 Hertz is called red light, 6.5x10^14 - blue.
