Uh.... Let's look at what I said. Sure, objects will fall at the same rate on the moon. BUT THEY ARE NOT FALLING AT THE SAME RATE AS they would on Earth. You're theory states that all objects must fall at the same rate, irregardless of anything. I'm saying that the rate in fact does vary throughout the universe, only G is constant.
