I do not need to know other than what my faith allows me , mankind has limited power of thought to understand an arguement from design .

So your question is meanningless as it cannot have an answer whilst one lives , besides this then it is the equivalant as me saying how can you prove that gravity exists when you have nothing to show other than falling , in refection to this then you cannot deny that a watch has to exist only if a creator had been present , we evidently have a creation but you have nothing to show but falling .
It is not religion that needs to look back to the beginning , we find science trying very hard though , do you think the end result is that science is going to find that gravity is our creator , then who created gravity .
