there may be some power or higher thingy out there. I do not believe Jesus or any of those prophets were part of that being. This is where Taoism comes in handy. The Tao can be the god of the universe. There have been many Jesuss, or is it Jesi, throughout history, most of which have been too local or forgotten. I don't buy it. There is too easy of an explanation for the Old Testament and Moses and etc... and it isn't through god. It is through human nature.
Is there a higher being? I concede that there might, but this being has not had any effect in this world as any of the religions may have you think. May this god effect our actions? Sure, but with nothing to link to this god, I just say, your god doesn't exist, but there still may be one.
