Well, do you think that hydrogen atom as a solution of Shroedinger equation was different before humans (or before Shroedinger)? We know that it (solution) was exactly the same 10 billion years ago as it is now - we see spectra of this solution (H) it in our telescopes from various places 10 billion years away.

Do you think the inverse square law is different if you write it in binary or any other notation, or by any other alphabet?

Do you think, other civilizations have different conservation laws, different gravity, different solution of Maxwell equations (speed of light), or their He-Ne lasers radiate different light just because they use different mathematical notation (and they for sure use differen one)?

Do you think their world is made of different chemical elements than ours?
