I do believe they created a branch in military intelligence that uses remote sensing. I remember seeing a documentary in either TLC or dicovery on this subject. I think there was this colonel or major that started a private comapany that uses remote sensing on non-military matters. Apparently ever since he partook in that venue, he has made some discoveries on futuristic revelations of doom.
