According to a survey by the Americans for Religious Liberty, which advocates church-state separation, the following counts show religious affiliations of the members of the new U.S. Congress:

Roman Catholics 150
Baptists 72
Methodists 65
Presbyterians 49
Episcopalians 41
Jews 37

No affiliations 7

Muslims 0
Hindus 0
Buddhists 0


The data is based on a news item in my local paper and may not list all groups. It is however worth noting that six million American Muslims have no representation at all in the U.S. Congress.
