the day 'off work' wasn't just for worship - as you say, if you really believe, worship never really pauses. i don't know about others (obviously), but technology has opened up lots of other opportunities that can, honestly, be hard to resist; often, i could just move from one project to another, making myself a 'dull person' for being all work and no play. it seems to me an opportunity to remember to take time to reflect on that which WAS done, and to remember we are who we are, work and play, and not defined only by our works. isn't work without joy/play simply drudgery and rote? (aside from certain creative actions that 'yield a work' but the main purpose of which, if there was one, was simply to redirect one's energies away from the usual 9-5). or maybe i simply reiterated what you said, only using 10,200 more words. you are quicker to the point...:)
