Buddhism has very powerful techniques for releasing kundalini, to the point that they are dangerous if used indiscriminately. Your technique is safer than most. But it is just one of many. So what Buddhism offers to the world is technique. Its sexism disqualifies itself as a modern religion. In my opinion all religions are especially good in one way or another. If you restrict yourself to following just one, you are limiting yourself to just one good instead of all the goods. Obviously the world will eventually practice a combination of all religions plus science, which is becoming more and more like a religion. Nobody in the long run will be able to say that his (or her if you are not Buddhist) religion is the one true religion.
