you have to determine how to make the system free of corruption which means you have to design a failsafe to avoid human nature obstacles.
I'd have to say, avoiding those obstacles is the hard part. No one has done it yet. Millions have come up with plans, but you can't escape human nature. So you really haven't devised anything yet.
