I do see the universe as life, without the arrangements of matter that exist and move, there would be no biological life at all.
Awareness and the control over movement cannot be used as the only basis for something to be considered an organism. My computer is part of something bigger, just a cell in a living thing.
Surely there are other examples of life that have a completely different makeup than earths.
As far as it proving god exists? Not to me.
The north pole, reindeer, jolly men with white beards who love giving to others, slieghs, chimmneys and the celebration of christmas all exist, but that does not prove that santa does.
I am very thankful that I have experianced my life, not that some entity gave it to me, just thankful to the overall universe for its makeup, which allows such things to happen here.
