What we read about in our history books today is the mutated versions of what their prophets originally taught in their messages from the same One God as today. That is why their kingdoms and ways of life did not survive; because they worshiped false Gods later and they probably killed their own prophets as we see all corrupt leaders tried to do, and sometimes did, in our own scriptures, in the near past.

The remnants of these dead nations and empires are a daily reminder - to those of us who believe in God - as to what happens to those who go astray from the path of the commandments (Universal Law).
