The future is ever changing as it becomes the past? The future may technically not exist but in our minds. Why is the past decaying? If something has happened, no matter what, it will have still of happened forever. So in that sense, the past is as solid as can be, never to decay. Whether the past physically exists is questionable.
As to the one that created all things, time is like a mountain range. Look to the left and see the past, look to the right see the future. To people, the past and future are not physical entities. They may only exist in our mind for we live only in the present. Whoever quoted that saying above is silly.
