Abosoluely correct time flows differently around everybody I think anyhow it's more personal and cannot be explained in terms of clocks etc. Einsteins theory e=mc2" suggested something similar that time in the galaxy of Andromeda moves differently than here and if someone travelled there and came back everybody would be older in this galaxy relatively than the man who set off on the journey to Andromeda
