here's a good debate, timeless in a way (pardon the pun). like the year 2001 will start on January 1, and the year 2000 STARTED on January 1. Year 2001 means the whole '00' year had been completed. Whatever. It was just a question; I didn't say I was correct. I don't know exactly when the time commenced being counted, nor was I there when they did to know what they called that first year.
