I can not accuratelytranslate this scripture. What I can say is that cautious is the key in July of this year. I would take into serious considerations about travle and major life decisions around this time. It is a time for preperation of things to come. I do not see this as being good. I only see this as a n eye opener of things to come. What ever tragedy takes place in July of 1999 shall only make one aware of what is to come.
