Could you explain the origin of the "Lotus Sutra". I am hindu and until now I always thought that the lotus sutra was part of the hindu religion, not buddhism. Or is it that the same name is being applied to different writings.

And also, here is what stands out for me in all of your posts:

"Faith in the Gohonzon is the only way to become one with the cosmic life"

I will tell you what that means to me if you want.
