at the many number of beings that have led up to homo sapien. Homo sapien didn't exist that long ago, so that would mean Adam was a homo Sapien and that the world is only 20,000 yrs old or less, if one was to use that logic.
Sure we haven't found everything yet, but we've yet to uncover any proof of a great flood. And such a large event should have left a mark and contrary to what many people think, from the standpoint of geology, there is no evidence, never mind proof.
