with what i said earlier, in case you didn't see it, god has great designs for us, but man has his own. HE didn't say go out and decimate. sick people do. my stepbrother did, in the name of god. but god is able to REDEEM tragedy and horror, like bones that have been broken knit back together stronger than the original. when my sb killed dad and my stepmom and then himself, my faith could have been rocked really hard. but it is all the stronger now. even in her death, sm said she knew her son wouldn't do this, that she wasn't 'afraid of you' (meaning the 'enemy's cohorts', evil possession). nothing like tragedy to turn complacency/apathy to caring and action.

we've lost millions of people to tragedy. without his intervention, we probably would have lost millions more, if not totally decimated ourselves. would you agree?
