: The one problem i've had with the bible is, It basicaly says creation occurred some 5000 years ago, and starts off from the creation and formation of the universe, but nowhere does it mention the dinosaurs.

: I can see dinosaur fosils and have them carbon dated to 65 million + years old. Has anyone ever seen an explination of this (a logical one at least) ?

actually the bible mentions great creatures several times. Leviathan is one.

Also, Job mentions creatures very massive and describes them having tails resembling tree trunks.

This is not to say that this gives evidence for a young earth, nor to state that this gives evidence to the contrary. Just take it as it is.

I personally am an old earth creationist, but I don't criticize young earth creationists. I realize both have good arguements.
